I ordered 2 Toto Toilets, Seats, & Johnny Rings on 3/10/2023 & was notified on 4/14/23 that YRC Shipping was holding my shipment & tried to reach me numerous times including post cards & none of those things happened. YRC finally delivered my shipment on 4/21/23 which was broken. Although I did receive one postcard three days after the broken shipment arrived. Replacement items were ordered the same day which were delivered without any notification or phonecalls on 5/31/23 by just dropping them in my driveway and leaving while I was at home at the time. Upon examination, the items were all in good shape, but I have a large wooden shipping pallet that I have to pay to get rid of that I would have left with the shipper, if he had knocked on my door. Nearly three (3) months is a long time to wait for an order, only to have it dumped as a surprise in my driveway. Fortuneately, the weather was good and there was no damage. Regards, Gary

The TOTO Eco Clayton Two-Piece Elongated 1.28 GPF Universal Height Toilet offers a beautiful balance of modern and classic style. The Eco Clayton bowl and tank set includes a tank to bowl gasket, tank to bowl hardware, and toilet bolt caps. The Eco Clayton utilizes TOTO's E-max flushing system, featuring a 3" wide flush valve, extra-large siphon jet, and a large trapway. This reliable, highly efficient combination generates a powerful cleansing flush while only using 1.28 gallons of water. The Eco Clayton is designed to feature TOTO’s Universal Height which allows for a more comfortable seat position across a wide range of users. The Eco Clayton features a decorative chrome and color matched trip lever on the front left side of the tank. The Eco Clayton is ADA compliant and meets the standards for EPA WaterSense, and California’s CEC and CALGreen requirements. Includes tank to bowl mounting hardware and gasket, and bolt caps. Seat, supply line, wax-ring, and toilet mounting nuts and bolts sold separately. Additional items needed for installation and use must be purchased separately: wax ring, toilet mounting bolts, water supply lines, and toilet seat.
