How Much Does Shipping Cost?

Shipping is free for to Continental United States on orders over $89. A flat rate fee of $11.95 will be applied to orders under $89. We cover most of the cost for you and do our best to keep shipping costs as low as possible.

Where Do We Ship From?

We warehouse and fulfill our items through a variety of fulfillment centers across the U.S. When an order comes through it will get shipped from the closest distribution center.  This means orders usually arrive in 2-3 business days.

How Long Does It Take?

After an order is processed, 2-3 business days for delivery is standard. Most orders placed before 11am PST will leave our warehouse and ship the same day. 

Where Do We Ship To?

We ship orders within the Continental United States excluding Hawaii, Alaska, APO, FPO, DPO. 

Large Item Shipping Policy - LTL Shipments

We cover a significant portion of the freight cost to deliver large item. Items like these require extra handling and cost significantly more to ship. LTL shipments typically arrive in 5-7 days. Once your order has been released, the carrier will reach out to set up a delivery appointment. 

Refusal of a shipment is not an acceptable means of returning or canceling an order. In the event of refusal, you will be responsible for return shipping costs and may be subject to additional fees.

Shipping Damage

We take pride in our packaging and do everything possible to ensure items arrive undamaged and in the same condition they left. Upon receiving, inspect your product thoroughly for any shipping damage. If you receive an item that appears to be damaged, have the carrier document the damage in writing on the BOL before signing anything. Ask the driver to return the item to its origin and contact us immediately.

If you have signed for and accepted the shipment without damage being reported, you may be responsible for the return freight charges. 

Shipping Order Confirmations & Tracking

When your order is fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email stating that your order has been shipped along with tracking information. If you don't receive this email, please contact us.

Shipping Back Ordered Items

In the unlikely event we're unable to ship your order complete, we reserve the right to ship the stock we have and backorder the items we're unable to ship. You'll be notified via email of the estimated delivery date for your backordered items.
