Hey, I’ve been meaning to contact y’all. Being sick and busy as I can be it slipped my mind. The part y’all sent was a exact copy of the one I previously ordered from y’all thru Amazon. The inlet and outlet ports WERE 3/4”, however the other 3 ports were 1/2”. I truly thought you (Adam Howe) had one in hand describing it to me during our phone conversation. You stated that all ports were 3/4”. But apparently you were going off the same diagram I did initially when ordering thru Amazon. The description also put it at the ports being 3/4” on Amazon. I needed all 5 ports to be 3/4”, inlet, outlets, distribution ports, all 3/4”. So I could not find any place else that had such either. So I did find at Lowes 3/4” tees, I did not want to do it this way but I had no choice. Any way of getting refunds on both parts? That’d be great. I scrolled down farther in this area and found the description of ordered/received part, it does say in this particular description that both inlet and outlet is 3/4”, but all ports are 1/2”. This description, I would think, would be better in the views of this particular part to have ALL the info listed on your shopping website instead of here at the point of getting back with ya’s.
